I think in the actual novel ( that Melissa read bfr isekai) the scene was like the prince ( Melissa's ex fiancee) gives Yuri a pendent with blue Jewel but the scene changes and Melissa gets a pretty but cheap looking tiara as the winner gift, she thinks huh it looks cheap nothing but a piece of trash. She places the tiara in Ian's head and tells him the closest thing to a princess among us is u isn't it? Then ian suddey bursts into tears
