Couldnt understand it cuz its raws and im too lazy to translate but it was some blackmail sht and the investigation gets prolonged. got to see more of phelps' backstory (tw: abuse and rape) which ngl makes you wanna sympathize with her though that doesnt excuse her from what she's done but you get the reasoning behind it. the only upside to this is the emperor starts to loose interest in phelps and FINALLY gets a clear head, him and the empress get closer ish and we also get a backstory for the emperor it was all mommy issues and trauma. im pretty sure its gonna be a happy ending they just play with our hearts a lot.
