For the isekai readers out there

Does putting harem or big-breasted characters in isekai stories actually work in appealing to readers in japan? I get that its for fanservice but most of us even hate it to the point we drop some mangas bc of it so im wondering why isekai authors still insist to put those tropes in their manga lol
