The problem with personality disorders is that they is lower chance of slight recovery (to begin with, people with mental health disorders don't really recover, let's day, they're forever recovering). Personality disorders in the DSM criteria start very early in childhood and they will live with this growing up, that's why it has 'personality' in it. And we can't really change our personality's. It is harder than anxiety related disorders or mood anxiety disorders, etc.
