I appreciate the work the translation group put into this but with how long the series is, it was always fairly likely that it wouldn't get a full fantranslation (at least not a good one).
I was pretty disappointed when I thought it was dropped for good and seeing it getting an official translation really made my day :D.

It is mind-boggling how this manhwa did not blow up. It has all the elements required to become popular. Superior art style (those intimate scenes are *chef kiss), unique and interesting story line, and you get not one but TWO couples to ship. There is some good angst and no toxic abusive psychopath to boost. This is totally on par with some current popular works like LoH or POTN, so why does it not receive as much attention?

I reread the novel again and realized that the author included a sentence where Issac said to himself he needed to have sex with someone or his heat would not go away. Before this, he tried to take several pills of inhibitor and masturbated, but none of them worked. This heat cycle was somehow more complicated than others before. The set up situation was basically that he HAD to have sex with someone or be destroyed by this heat.
Cue Felix. I believe he wanted to help the Omega in need. But it was obvious that he knew he would get some pleasure from it as well, so it can come across as if he was the only one who benefited from this situation. I recalled from the novel he was in rut at this time. He was taking some type of suppressant however because he did not like the idea of having sex with random Omegas to satisfy the urge. This suppressant had a side effect that made him not remember clearly everything during the period. His subordinates were aware of this but they did not bring it up to him because they did not think it was a big deal, and they could not bare seeing him suffering without it during his ruts. This side effect further explains why he could not recall Issac’s face.
The knotting was not intentional from either side. Issac initiated it by contacting his inside, but he did not know what he was doing. He had no experience with knotting before. Felix followed through with the process in the heat of the moment. Issac was mad at Felix at the knotting, which was why he broke his arm. I could not recall if Felix remembered the knotting part. From his point of view, he helped someone, it was a win-win situation, yet the other party turned back and hurt him afterward.
The situation is still not 100% consensual. But considering all the above factors, it was as consensual as it could be for both sides in a Omegaverse. Neither of them was taking advantage of the others to the best of their knowledge. Good for them everything worked out at the end of the day as they actually fell in love. But that is why we as audiences have to distinguish fiction and reality. Not all stories have this kind of happy ending.

The boy is like an onion. Keep peeling and he will keep revealing. He definitely has a few screws loose, so I am not shipping him with the MC, but man, he is quite a character. The most outstanding one so far I dare say. And looking at these people shipping him with MC. It seems like we have a fair amount of readers who are into these kinda crazy characters too (￣∇￣")
I really love how the author executes the plot. The story is pretty simple, but there is so much nuance in the story telling and complexity in the characters' monologue.
I typically find it tiring to read about jealousy in relationship; jealousy usually means not enough trust between a couple. But that matter was handled so delicately here. Their insecurities made sense because they were young and their relationship was at the early stage. On the other hand, we get to see how they communicated, cleared any
misunderstanding quickly, and together grew stronger as a couple.
It is bittersweet to see them graduating highschool, but it is also fun to read about their life together as adults. I look forward to future updates and will re-read a couple times while waiting.
The art is so breathtakingly gorgeous, it is low key wasted on the shallow plot. The first 3 chapters can literally be a story about 2 kids on the playground (minus the adult stuffs). Is this an early work from this mangaka? Any recommendation of their works where the story worths the gorgeous art?

I lowkey love the character set up in the special chapter a little bit more. The lack of power of Seungho's character balances out his devil may care attitude better.
Too bad this will be updated irregularly. But this is such a smart move by the author. Now they can work on 2 series without being overwhelmed. And hopefully switching back and forth will help stimulate ideas and prevent burn out. Can't wait for both stories to unfold!

Sorry for the confusion. Technically no. For the special chapter this week, the author is writing a story of a parallel universe where Seungho is a lowborn while Nakyum is a lord. Because there is no connection between this and the OG, this can be seen as a series by itself. This story line will be updated irregularly, I assume whenever the author wants to take a break from the main story.
