It actually only skips from 82 to 86, but I'm not sure why either way.
No chapter was skipped. You see, all the chapters are counted together on this website. This include the Junjou Egoist and Junjou Terrorist chapters. If you count all the chapters from the three main stories (Junjou Romantica, Junou Egoist, Junjou Terrorist), there is 86 chapters in total.
