So it's obviously set in ancient china. The FL is abandoned by her husband who doesn't sleep with her on the first night. Well, the thing about it is no one knows who spent the night with her but soon after she finds out she's pregnant. She's a strong FL who isn't taking crap from nobody while protecting her unborn child.
