I remember having this argument with someone who said 'good looking people have it so easy' and I told them I disagree, I believe no matter how you look it can be difficult, the issues that good looking people deal with is that everyone is interested in you but the genuinity is rarely there so it's hard to know if anyone ACTUALLY likes you.
And then to be given everything you like and rarely experiencing dislikes and honestly and hard truths on top of that, can be hard to feel excited or happy about things. Just running on numbness
