Soul's Favorite

Story is about these highschool friends. Guy#1 asks the Guy#2 if he likes someone. Guy#2 replies that he does and he has a picture of the person in his wallet(?). The picture is of the both of them. Guy#2 leaves his bag at his classroom and Guy#1 gives into the temptation to look. Guy#1 finds the picture as Guy#2 walks back into the classroom. Not really sure what happens next, my memory is kinda fuzzy. All I know is that they end up together. <3 Any help would be much appreciated. T_T;
