
I can't really blame Leana for this, she just wanted to avoid being the Actual villainess, when she and the male lead danced at their wedding, the male lead never even cared if she was there or not, but then the male lead suddenly change as if he woke up from a dream or something, since everything that was supposed to be happening to Mia is now happening to her, she felt like she is now the female lead and that Mia will have to threaten for her love to the male lead

In some novels, no matter how much you change the present timeline, the events would somehow twist itself so that it would be like the original timeline.
Just like you I am not surprised that she felt a bit reluctant about the changes and possible storyline changes.
In July Found By Chance. No matter how the characters tried to change the story. The novel would revert itself to be as close as the plot as much as possible.
So yeah. She might feel skeptical and pessimistic. But it seems like she is gradually accepting that perhaps she could be with him and fall for this man after all
