Ya all, I have some news for you guys. Admins are turning off comment sections one by one. Hold your tits and be quite, stop messing around and read your manga/hwa/huas . Creators are pointing on this websites especially on comment section so be careful what you are typing out of anger. It is being recorded, at least I have been informed abt that. Cheers

Also, this isn’t me hating a woman character in bl “just because”. I’ll give it to y’all straight, if you think you are justified in asking a closeted person to “come out” just so your friend can get a closure to their unrequited love, you’re one inconsiderate cunt. People do not owe you any explanation for rejecting you, neither are you entitled to know or Fucking Reveal their sexuality (unless you’re dating them?).
Did she ever think about what would happen if the rejected girl was a bitch and spread the word? What if she was a homophobe? Would she have taken responsibility if he got attacked, harassed or fired after people found out? Also, I feel goddamn sorry that that black haired bitch practically guilted the MC to coming out of the closet (after gaslighting him about his own issues?). How dare she. This is a pretty realistic depiction of what asshats people can be to gay folks and that’s sad asf, and y’all and the MC deserve way better.

SPOILERS
I'm sorry but let me be the anomaly and say this was not great. Don't get we wrong, I do enjoy this series. However, no matter how you look at it, a fifteen year old and a forty year old as a couple is very disturbing. Teacher-student relationships are already controversial due the power dynamics but there are instances where I do not mind them. However, the age gap here is uncomfortably large and to make matters worse one person in the relationship is a minor. Even if the minor made the first move, it is the teacher's job as the adult to turn them away. I really hate how him being attracted to his 15 year old students is being pushed as okay. In real life, this is considered pedophilia. If they have sex, it's rape. If they don't, it's grooming. I do like this author but I do not like how the teacher is handled here.
Besides all that, I'm constantly confused about Sajou's feelings towards his teacher. It leaves me with this uncomfortable feeling. Did he like him? Does he still like him? Sajou and Kusakabe never have an active conversation about this despite Kusakabe clearly being jealous or worried. I was left unsatisfied with how their relationship was left in this story.
The last couple is fine. Generally, I think that massive of an age gap is somewhat unhealthy but the fact of the matter is that they are both consenting adults. However, I cannot really feel bad for the old man when he has obviously engaged in sexual activity with minors in the past. Although I do not think how the mother treated him was fair, I as a parent would be extremely concerned about the relationship, too. If my 18 year old son told me he was dating a 70 year old (I don't know the exact ages so don't quote me on this) I would be very scared. I wouldn't hit or use vulgar language, of course (remember, I'm not defending the mother) but I would be angry.
A positive would be the art. I know there are a lot of people who aren't fans of it but I think it's unique and enjoyable. It creates atmospheric and interesting panels.
Other than that, however, this story was a big NO for me. I'm not attacking the mangaka or the people who did enjoy it. However, I do think people who read yaoi can often be ignorant to these types of issues. A lot of young people are on this site. I promise you that if a naïve twelve year old reads this and thinks it's romantic, they will probably start believing that these kinds of relationships are okay, and I don't think I need to tell you the dangers of that. Think about it like this: from another perspective, this could literally be a crime story about a teacher who takes advantage of young boys and his history in which his teacher engaged in a relationship with him. To me, that would be far more interesting. Regardless, we are all entitled to our own opinion so if this was your all time favourite story ever, then good for you.
