Alas, the whole "having sex with someone you love" cures the genderswap thing all together, so unless the MC does artificial insemination or has sex with a stranger, I guess we will never know.
Would love to see genderswap mechanics interact with pregnancy (thus we can answer the age-old question of which hurts more: giving birth or getting kicked in the balls).

I love this series- from the cutesy art style, to the hilarious meta-commentary, to the great self-reflection. According to MAL, this manga has 13 chapters, so if it seems short that's because there's 7 more chapters.
