What’s that supposed to mean? Are Italians not white (referring to those from the Italic Peninsula)? Not all Italians have olive skin and dark hair. The Italian peninsula has been shaped by countless civilizations over time. So yes, a fair-skinned man can absolutely fit the name ‘Rafael Valentino.’ Honestly, this might be the most ridiculous comment I’ve seen so far.

Just to clarify. I meant no disrespect with my comment. I genuinely wanted to shed some light on the diversity that exists within Italy. There’s actually a wide range of phenotypes, including fair skin, light hair, and blue or green eyes; especially in northern regions like Veneto, Lombardy, and Trentino-Alto Adige, where there’s strong historical influence from Celtic, Germanic, and Slavic groups. I say this as an Italian myself, even if not by ethnicity—it’s a part of this country national identity that often gets overlooked, and I thought it was worth mentioning.

So, seeing it paired with a fair-skinned guy didn’t strike me as unusual, which is why your comment felt a bit off to me at first. But I get what you were going for now.
