maybe it's just me, but this manga gives me a soothing feeling, like looking at a clear blue sky on a nice day. and falling in love feels like a torn in your heart, flowers in your head, rain and flames and rainbows. being in love affects your brain like a kind of drug, not a vitamin D. horror is supposed to make us feel dread, comedy is supposed to make us laugh, thriller is supposed to be fast and exiting. when pieces of those genres don't affect us accordingly, we consider them to be failed. if romantic story doesn't affect us as romance would, doesn't it fail as a romantic story?
Does anyone else get a feeling that Alice from this, Eileen from Ghosts of Graywoods and Anna from A Lady's Table are basicly the same person? Like, angelic cruel ladys with sad beckstories whoose families turned their becks on them with that one servant girl who's their only trusted friend and, i guess, their lover, but we still feel like they could be cruel even to that one girl even though with time they become softer....
This comic is sooo healing. I just got my heart broken and this is what i needed ╥﹏╥
