alright. so i admit i didnt enjoy it as much as i hoped bc the characters were just very frustrating in the middle of the story (the fl was lowk a pick me and the ml seemed too nonchalant for me). however, this story had a pretty great ending that showed great character development for both which pushed it up to 4 stars for me. ian loved her a lot more than he let on, and rosen proved to be not just all bark and no bite. the plot twist of her being an actual witch and actually murdering her husband was pretty cool too (i found myself still rooting for her). i also really like the focus on war and its aftereffects on soldiers.

idk if im crazy but i hated this . theyre mad cute but the uke is just mad cringe (ik thats the point but i still cant take it) and the seme doesnt seem to like him as much as the uke does. and everytime i think omg the seme is about to profess his love he,,, doesnt.
