I know what you mean, I dropped it like twice but now that I actually finished it I love it. The beginning is slow but once the plot picks up it’s really good.
That being said, their relationship dynamic is the most unique I’ve ever seen in bl so it’s not for everyone. Typically in your stereotypical bl manhwa, the uke is usually quite weak/girly and would be dependent on the seme. Not to mention usually in most bl it’s the seme who’s possessive and obsessed over the uke.
In this one it’s actually the opposite. The uke’s really independent, dominant and intelligent. Not to mention he’s SUPER possessive over the seme and borderline obsessed to the point he regularly has thoughts of locking the seme up. That’s not to say the seme is weak/submissive but their relationship dynamic is one of a kind and if you’re ever bored of those weak ukes then I’d say give this one a go. The smut is really good as well but bear in mind the first time they did it was non-con.
im currently reading the first few chapters and im a bit confused on the voice chats that they communicated with. the mc and ml started talking in voice chats (the dark room with just their characters shown) and thats how the mc found out that the ml was sick and called the hospital, so im assuming the ml was actually talking. then was the mc also talking? the ml hasnt heard his voice yet, but since they were in a voice chat tgt, how did the mc communicate without speaking then?
