La Dolce Vita di Adelaide
Theoretically a great transmigration story which has it all: Romance, drama, intrigue, political struggles, suspense and endless fluff. I like the background, story, character development and even the story telling and pace. Still, the very light hearted way it is told with too many silly jokes in my opinion doesn't go well wth the gravity of what really happens. The sheer number of corpses left and right would better fit a story with a more somber tone.
Handsome Target Acquired
Interesting story, quite a diversion from the standard transmigration tropes in that in this world it's not a secret to be kept and the fact that there are many well known transmigrated people is even a plot device. At the same time the romance is pretty cool too. Everything is decent setting and development wise. The only negative thing is that everything is a bit plain and shallow so at no point did I really believe that the drama could develop into something tragic. The artwork, being nice and on the cutesy side added to this feeling. In the end it was a nice experience but without much emotional attachment.
Fierce Girl and Sleeping Boy
I write my comment after finishing the 26 chapters on bato.to.
The story concept is not bad, but the execution is very lacking. The idea of two people with bad circumstances supporting each other after an initial misunderstanding, mixed with a Cinderella-like background, is interesting. And so I was following the development to the end due to my curiosity. But the story progression has a terrible flow, the whole pace is chaotic and the people in the main couple's way pop up from everywhere just to disappear almost instantly to never come back again. The humor is also very silly and barely tolerable. To make things worse, the translation is so bad that sometimes you have to guess what the author intended.
EAT ME!
Quite a dark webtoon playing in a version of the modern world with fantasy elements. A crazy story, but at the same time also very cool with a lot of different interesting story threads in parallel. A lot of drama, suspense, crime, violence, but also romance, affection and love. The characters with their backgrounds are interesting and their development is great.
Not all story threads are resolved in the end, but the work is also not completely open ended. I quite like how the most important questions are answered. The rest can well be extrapolated from the given information.
If you want to read the full story, just read in on bato.to, as clearly written in the intro.
About Teddy Bear
This is at least very strange. In my opinion too little is explained. I probably don't understand the real meaning of the story. If this is really an older version of herself than .... never mind.
