Aria was too shocked to use the hourglass(or she thinks its too late/she overthinked). BUT!! Crown prince will come and save her using the crown prince's power to travel faster so they leave an evidence to a faraway shop that aria and him were present there and it is impossible for aria to commit the act. Mielle's plan comes back to bite her in the ass. They were put in a trial and aria wins, mielle is found guilty.
PS. Dad is alive, just paralyzed

I don’t understand Korean but from the gist of it Mielle prattle on the incident to Oscar’s older sister (who seems to be controlling her brother) and I got to say Oscar is very weak against her. Then Aria seems to be receiving letter which probably telling they won’t meet again. Aria got depressed but she just did it to harass Mielle and Oscar really did fancy Aria more so even though she lost the battle she won the war I guess
