I just like Xin as a character.. and the updates are pretty far apart so we haven’t seen him in a bit.

The ML is not a great guy but at least he’s not annoying like the MC. The ML is made to look like some terrible person but idk I don’t see it?
He’s an asshole but not a terrible person. The people he gets violent with are people that attack him first and are psychos. He teases and is emotional removed but he isn’t racist or out there killing puppies. He doesn’t attack people without reason. He’s just a bit mean but the story makes him out to be the devil himself while his actions say differently.☠ I’ve read pretty far but I’m dropping it because they’re toxic. In-seob annoys me too much lol. I usually defend the crying victim in these toxic relationship stories(because they usually are crying for a reason) but In-seob’s actions are so nonsensical and he is just constantly emotionally shaken up by everything. -coming from someone with debilitating anxiety irl
I honestly feel that the source of all the toxicity in this story is Jenny and In-seob's relationship. They were both lonely and depressed people who got involved with eo. In such scenarios mostly the characters either become eo's boon or bane. In this one, they are definitely the bane of eo's existence. It has f'd up In-seob's head for good.

ML is not a good person, he is a total psycho in fact but if you look at it from a broader perspective, he really didn't have anything to do with either MC or his friend. He didn't even know they existed for a long time but these people got their feelings entangled onto him and here we have MC going into ML's life with the intent of destroying it. ML isn't a saint but he also got dragged into MC and his dead friend's fiasco bc they can't deal with their one-sided feelings.

I’m shocked people are mad at Jiho. Yeah he should’ve talked about his father’s debt but he’s absolutely the victim in all of this. He didn’t want to take advantage of Woojung in any way. We’ve seen him struggle with communication because of embarrassment and fear. We also know that Jiho doesn’t want to rope Woojung into his problems because his father wants to exploit anyone with money(Woojung) and Jiho won’t take any chances. Jiho should’ve communicated but there’s a lot of trauma and embarrassment he’s dealing with so ofc he didn’t want to tell Woojung! He hasn’t been arrested on suspicion of murder, he’s been arrest for possession/use of drugs and Woojung has to know Jiho wouldn’t do that. Woojung is mad at Jiho because he went behind his back and had such a shady job.(maybe assuming he did illicit or sexual things) but he also knows Jiho. Not fully because Jiho doesn’t share enough about himself and his thoughts but Woojung should know what type of person Jiho is.
If there’s anyone I’m mad at it’s Woojung. ☹
Jiho lied and got a dangerous shady job behind Woojung’s back eventually getting him into legal trouble. Woojung has the right to feel hurt. But Jiho is obviously not okay right know and knowing Jiho he should assume there’s some kind of reason for his actions. He’ll probably know about Jiho’s debt in the next chapter and if he’s still mad by then I’ll be mad at Woojung. He should know how much Jiho worships and loves him and that Jiho wouldn’t do anything like hanging out with these kinds of people if he didn’t have good reason.
Also it’s not the time to ask Jiho such an important question like “what am I to you?”

Because there has been multiple times where Jiho got intrusive thoughts and urges of wanting to murder or harm people and Woojung constantly reassured and taught him how Jiho would never stoop that low and that he's a better person than he thinks he is. Jiho literally got a second life thanks to Woojung and here ya'll coming after him. It's totally fine to support Jiho and take a stand with him because poor dude just took some bad decisions but there's literally no reason to slander Woojung because his reactions are completely justified as well.

This is what ive been preaching the whole time. jiho is a victim of his circumstances and the reason i love this so much is because even though woojung is saving him by doing something out of the ordinary hes not doing a good job of it - probably because hes had a similar background but he isnt acknowledging that how living in those circumstances deeply engraves your psyche.
he doesnt acknowledge all this underlying turmoil and pain jiho is going through and just thinks hes already tamed the little puppy then blows up at jiho even though what he should be expressing is 'i feel so betrayed you didnt want to tell me about this' or 'i was so worried about you'.
both of them have troubles, and thats what makes it a good plot. what i ESPECIALLY like is that WOOJUNG is the one doing the hurting this time and jiho is the victom. I LOVE. VICTIM. TOPS.
