Hey guys! This is just info about what I've been currently doing for Swan.
I read Swan vol 14 in Korean and am currently reading 16-21 in Korean as well (it's my second language but still slightly rough) and I just bought the Swan sequels! Sadly the sequels/extras: Swan: Moscow-hen, Swan: Germany-hen, Swan Act II: Maia are in Japanese so I won't be able to read it when I get it (which I'm not sure when it will) but I'll be able to use a rough translator and then translate them into Korean and English to try comparing and getting the best translation of them. Also, in case you're worried about the translations not being the best for the Korean ones, for anything I'm uncertain about I just ask my mom (who's full Korean), and has a better understanding than I do so it should be fine
Also, the reasoning for me translating the Japanese ones in Korean is because both languages derive from Chinese and usually has a smoother translation (hence why Korean scans are released faster than English ones)
---edit 11/30/24--- I haven't been updating this manga for a while now because life got hectic (mostly being busy with college), for a while another team picked it up and I'm unsure if they still want to update it. In my free time I will do my best to work where they left off!! My ultimate goal for now is to update the scans up to where the CMX Swan volumes leave off.
BLESS YOU!!! my old library only had up to volume 8 Rashisama
ahh no problem!! I love swan a lot :,) i also think I'm gonna try to get the volumes that weren't published in English (vols 16-21) in Korean or at least find the scans and translate them after publishing up to 15. This will probably won't happen for a while but I'm aiming for it!
