I love Nukoduke from the very bottom of my heart, but sometimes man, this manga destroys me! It's so cute and such a funny and beautiful light-hearted story. But when it wants to destroy your very existence, you betcha it's going to come for your life. My heart just can't take how tragic the backstories of Yamato, Yuuya, Haruki, and Inori are! We find out about their pasts each time, little by little, and every time, my heart just dies and tears would be shed creating a stream flowing into the Delta River! Having Haruki blame himself for getting sick and not having Yuuya make it to Inori's last moments at the hospital, Inori begging Yamato not to call Yuuya to come eventhough she knew she was running out of time just so he wouldn't have to choose between them, Yamato deciding to grant Inori's wish to not call Yuuya because it was the one time she has asked for anything eventhough he knew that Yuuya would be devastated when he hears the news, EVERYTHING IS SO SAD!!

After watching the latest episode I HAD to come and read the manga to know what was up with Jyuugo. But even the manga is not that far!? Ugh whyyyyyyy! Poor Jyuugo, I hope he's okai (つД`)ノ Everything just got so much darker after this. I hope my babies in cell 13 will be okai ( T﹏T )

I believe she died by sickness, since there's a scene with her in hospital and another with Yamato talking about her medicine. Maybe she and her mother had the same illiness.
About Haruki's statement, I think maybe is because he made Yuuya unable to be with her in her final moments. He already knew about her condition, even when she wasn't in the hospital.

I kind of half want her to disappear cause of the horrible things she has done. But also half want her to get a happy ending as in turn good and making this right and be friends again with everyone. Im sorry but, you cant just change the art style that drastically. I'm not sure if its only going to be for now or if it will be a permanent style but I prefered the later style of art. Sure it was pretty but I thought that it really brought out the whole "fantasy and godly" type theme of the story plus the fight scenes were well drawn. Now, it justs kind of looks like a comic book and he has more expressions when fighting but it really lacks the omph it had before.
It's like different illustrators or drawers are switching every dam chapter for tryouts or something
