Ik this is BL story but on a wide real life spectrum this type of emotions and everything portrayed in the story actually happens a lot between couples and it is sad to them .... miced emotions , overwhelmed one that can't be controlled, sadness yet happiness.. it's the type of love that is called sad love ( it's just a type of love between couples that there's always some lingering sadness in it yet they still are working their way through it ) .

Leah finally accepted Isha proposal to become Kurkan queen. But on their wedding day, queen and blaine kidnapped her by using magic. She was brought back to estia. The brainwash magic got worse that her memory of Isha was gone. Her happy memory with Isha replaced by Blaine which caused her to think she was madly in love with Blaine. Did i mention she s pregnant and queen tried to kill her baby by making her consuming something ?
