I think Megumi and tsumiki didn't really do it. if it's subconscious I'm assuming it's Megumi's one side feeling for tsumiki, potrayed in that scene where he in real life actually have some dirty thought about what he want to do to tsumiki. and he didn't want anyone to find out specially Yuuji. the part after Megumi tsumiki turning into fushiita bed scene is probably both Megumi's subconsciousness and Yuuji's imagination bc Megumi still did have some feeling to Yuuji (not as strong as to Yuuji probably but he can't look away from Yuuji either, that kind of feeling) and Yuuji actually truly care for Megumi even though it's one side too. (not really one side maybe but megu isn't giving the 100% either)
