Im pretty sure clark had antisocial personality disorder and also narcissistic personality disorder. Alex on the other hand had a lot of issues as well. I dont know all of them but he definitely had some form of delusional psychosis. He also showed some signs of borderline personality disorder. Oof what a heavy story but the characters were well written.

You spitting facts, but the sad reality is that therapy just ain't popular with the Japanese masses. Hoping it gets more accepted (and cheaper) soon, but even more than that, the culturally accepted norms need to change and get on with the times. My Japanese friend who was depressed and suicidal used to drive 1.5 hours to visit the nearest psych, only to have the doc tell him to not be a burden on his family and just gave him pills.

He starts treating her better, but things turn for the worse in the story, so you might want to wait a few more chapters. Either this plot will wrap up and return to status quo or it'll be the end of the story. Either way, things are not yet resolved even when he starts to treat her like normal again.
