I love that she immediately started running because it makes it more realistic. Ive seen so many damsel in distress stories that irritate me but this scene is much more believable than those.

If anyone's curious about that Hercules death story, the short version is that he cheated on his wife and basically his wife(under the influence of hera) sent him a cloak coated in the poison blood of a minotaur and ya the story goes as written in the manga basically. Not as cool when u hear the whole story tho lol

My guess is that the cop is the actual serial killer and he killed the pervert that sexually assaulted the mc. I think the cop guy has been pinning all of his crimes on the ml and thats why the demon thought the ml was a serial killer and a bad guy when he clearly isnt.
