there are SO many things i could say about this, i could write essays. this villainess isekai isnt like any other. the endings of each character is immaculate, everyone got what they deserved.

eris returned to her world. anahkin followed her after. ironically, finding both love and happiness in each other after their deaths. and its a wonderfully bittersweet end for the other three men. the prince has helena, but he is trapped in the same cycle of an affectionless palace life his father and the empress were trapped in before. the priest is confined in neverending nightmares between being unable to save his mother and eris. finally, jason is given a pitiful future he has no means of escaping from. the sadist in me in satisfied

and the fact that eris’ companions are living their lives moving forward is beautiful. her loyal maid (devoted her life and self for eris to the witch), helena (fulfilling her duties and the goals shes endeavoring as an empress), and kintia (chosen, from a poor street rat into a new world’s god) surprised me. amazing.

in the end, it wasnt just another villainess revenge plot. this felt real, raw of emotions i feel many isekai villainess stories tend to miss or look over.
