-Taekin's soul is not waking up because of the trauma and pain inflicted by class president's older bro not because of the class president's bullying.

-The class president bullies Taekin because he is a pos and is using bullying as a weapon to make sure Taekin does not pull anything else to expose his and his bro's fcked up actions. When his older bro would be raping the victims, the class president would stand outside the room staring and laughing at them.
- The class president respects and is also scared of his older bro so he or may not be bullying Taekin at his older bro's word.
- Jeongbeom said to Heechan and Minjae that he met Ho Young at a gay website so yeah he is gay (or bi ?).
- The older bro did got punishment but this punishment was a slap on the wrist for what he had been doing. From the words of a former friend and classmate of Ho Young(who spoke to Heechan and Minjae because Minjae promised to help in his father's business) this Ho Young back in high school or middle school had not only beaten up a guy but had also sexually violated them by inserting pencils in their anus. This was brushed off as a rumour though.
He then raped Jeongbeom who he met online and did horrid stuff to him like putting a dog leash on him and tail on him and making him bark. The class president was also there who would stand outside and laugh at them. His laughing was heard in the video.
When Minjae released the pornographic video online (after blurring Jeongbeom's face) his mother who is a respected member of the church falls apart and soon Ho Young's parents (with a bit influence from Minjae's words) decides to disown his eldest son and try to protect their remaining healthy one(i.e the class president). They decide to keep Ho Young in a sanatorium for the rest of his life

He was also planning on quitting high school to join a vocational school for baking like bro was mentally strong

Well.... its a pretty long story. I can tell you that i liked it. Sometimes the story dragged on a bit and the ending was a little dissapointing imo. The world building is great and i like desharow and agaras as a couple. But since the story is so vast you'll need to ask what you wanna know XD i dunno if you read the tags.

Its all one big confusion because the author is gonna add time travel to the story. But what i understood is that Agaras is the king of all mermaids. Like, hes the root of it all. Desharows 'grandpa' which was mentioned early one wasnt his grandpa, but his father. And his father was a mermaid so desharow is a half mermaid. Mermaid xmermaid dont get kids by havings seccs but by kidnapping humans and turning them into their spouse and that makes them turn into a mermaid.
