i have empathy for both of them but clearly yajima was the main offender… getting compared to a shitty ex is nowhere near as hurtful as EXPERIENCING the shitty ex. and some of yall are misinterpreting torikai too. all he said was his past caused him to react this way and he was fearful… not that he was convinced yajima was the same??
yall lack compassion for someone who’s clearly still healing and traumatized. yajima’s reaction was straight up insensitive and didn’t match the weight of torikai’s confession. he made tk’s pain about himself and in the end he reinforced tk’s fears
