i genuinely don’t care for blondie even though he’s my type it’s cute how they’re fighting for her attention, but he’s not hitting the same since she doesn’t even see him that way. so i don’t feel any chemistry, he gives me industry plant ml vibes
i keep giving all my flowers to blue hair because he’s the only one doing things for her behind the scenes, and with no ulterior movies. with the succession rights he’s giving up ALL his life’s work just from her being a nice person to him for a few months

RIGHT it confuses me sm… it’s very loud and clear that those other two ml’s conditionally liked her and haven’t put in the same amount of dedication or care towards her
he genuinely wanted to be there, for whoever inhabited mc’s body, and was willing to bare so much suffering. i LOVE overly considerate men… the insults towards him are so telling

i hated how much season one danced around ml’s backstory and kept pushing the annoying nympho trope with him. this direction from the last few episodes, and this current season was so NEEDED!! im gonna be really emotional seeing how mc had to got caught in the crossfire. i can’t imagine how heartbroken seoin is gonna be after hearing what truly happened because even we haven’t seen the full extent of the twin’s harassment…

i know it’s not the correct term but it rolls off the tongue smoother
it’s really funny when mangakas with lots of dudebro fans read bl then create super intricate, complex relationships between their own male characters. you DO NOT have to view them romantically- but to deny basic chemistry and view a ship as nonsensical is crazy when their goat likes to read mlm + gets inspired or praises these very things in other stories
this whole kidnapping and torture ploy had no purpose now that it’s revealed he WAS getting revenge on those people. we were led to believe he formed a plan to only isolate tae, meanwhile the entire time heesung was slowly getting rid of his mom’s murderers and getting payback???
do you guys realize what this means… he could’ve told tae what his purpose was knowing how empathetic and morally righteous he is. instead heesung chose to constantly rape, hurt, deceive, and destroy the trust and love between them and for what!!!! i feel so insane right now with his train of thought. even though tae wouldn’t agree with his methods and actions, id rather have him be locked up and aware. instead hes being used as a literal sex toy, with no clue about the situation. he’s getting treated with zero dignity and respect when he was one of the only people on heesungs side and it’s repulsive how little he cares for him
Do you think there was love at the begining? Cause I dont. There was guilty and obsession on both their parts. And about keeping tae in the dark, he did it to heesung during the begining. Im not condoning heesung rape and kidnapping, its a crime and its wrong. But I dont agree with you saying there was love and trust. There was trust by heesung during the begining, which tae broke again and again. Do you see a fair way to end this story? Cause Ive caught myself agreeing w others readers and saying there is not... So much pain...
by love i don’t mean exclusively romantic. there was love and need to distantly protect heesung because of tae’s admiration for the teacher in the beginning. tae didn’t feel guilt until after finding out the truth about his mom, and that’s when he left him out of both love and guilt
but how was tae supposed to tell heesung about this highly secret case when he was a child?? he was highly violatle/impulsive, tae couldn’t rely on heesung because his instability… this was just the one thing he couldn’t be honest about. with everything else, he did show his heart to ml. there was love and trust there when they were initially together- and imo if heesung would’ve just been upfront about his current plans it could’ve been restored. to say tae broke his trust over and over again is so unfair when ml was extremely codependent. was tae actually breaking trust often or was heesung just unable to cope healthily with his heavy emotions…
but no i don’t see a fair way to end this story because of the whole kidnapping fiasco. had this not been there they could’ve had SOMETHING to grasp onto. instead, any hope of reviving a deep connection was cut off the moment heesung decided to use tae as a living sex toy and not a companion
As someone who really liked Hee-seo in the first season cause I thought he was a realistic , well-written, and complex character I agree. This new Hee-seo is NOT the same as the season 1 Hee-seo, and feels more like a fetish the author is projecting. i know what i signed up for in the beginning. I just assumed it would go hand in hand with the constant contradictions and ups and downs Heeseo has been shown to have (and is common im people with borderline personality disorder, which I assume he has) but nah... Season 2 has just been fetish art with some sprinkles of plot points in between....
ME TOO!!! i keep consistently complaining about his lost characterization and the full blown fetish lens this season the only thing that bothers me about this is when people excuse his actions because of his trauma and say tae deserved it or belittle tae’s experiences
it’s completely understandable why he acted that way in season one. but with this new heeseo, he’s an empty shell of the once complex and realistic person he used to be. his sole priority with tae being sex and control = nonsensical when he’s clearly done the research to get information on EVERYONES background involved with the case. he knows tae is innocent and played a pawn, yet wants to destroy his “lover’s” spirit and punish him??? like what??? the scenes between them come off voyeuristic and lackluster. the absence of emotional vulnerability and communication clashes with his intelligence… now that we know he’s sane enough to create a complex, well-thought out plan to destroy his mother’s murderers! his bdp-coded writing was tossed out the window when we were shown the full scope of his mental capacity. he’s intentionally choosing to hurt tae this way knowing full well it’s undeserved. so much potential wasted!
All I read were FACTS! It will forever piss me off that Hee-seo went from a very well-written, complex character, to your average psychopathic seme. This story had so much potential, only for season 2 to just throw that all away. I don't care what anyone says, Season 2 Hee-Seo is NOT my Hee-Seo and I will think of an ACTUAL good story in my head. They massacred my boy man. Good to know I have a fellow comrade to get pissed off with lol
