That would be terrifying for an adult too but children aren’t as capable of rationalising or problem solving and they don’t have as much strength so breaking down a door isn’t an option. erm yea i said it’s still serious and didn’t invalidate the ML but we can all agree forcibly changing his fate and holding onto that type of resentment/obsession is wild. his hate is justified but i called out the extremes the adult actors went to atm since have it out for him, even though they were kids . and those two were bound to meet again because of what the ML did to MC’s string of fate, the ML knew by doing that he’d create a forced connection
The fate thing is extreme and I still don’t understand why he did it but in terms of him “holding a grudge”, he’s totally justified in that. If he wanted revenge, he’s justified in that too. MC ruined a lot of peoples lives and made them feel like they were in a living hell. He kinda deserves a bit of pain and suffering served back to him. It is very very extreme to do things this way and there were definitely easier ways to get revenge if that’s what he’s after but I think he doesn’t fully hate the MC. I think it’s a love/hate relationship where he’s in awe of his acting skill but loathes his true character. Maybe that’s why he merged their fate string? It was in a moment of love and awe?
