BUT in hnr i was all about mamura, but he was a total sweetie. in this manga the classmate is a bully, which is totally unacceptable no matter what your reasons may be. so at least the one i'm rooting for changed?

the title of this manga perfectly sumarises my thoughts about it.
this makes no sense. for the sake of the manga, let's assume that the suggestion theory is true and that this is believable. so at the end he ordered time to turn itslef back? the theory works on manipulating HUMANS via suggestion. You can't suggest TIME ITSELF to turn back. So unless he went crazy and it's all happening in his head and he's actually in a mental hospital... this is utterly illogical.
