I had a feeling we were heading in this direction based on his reaction since the new season started but actually seeing it is so disappointing as a reader who has been here since the beginning and waited for nee chapters every week and now we have a complete turn. I loved this story from the start. Like I get having characters mentally breaking down/ ill and being traumatized but having the mc be chained up and raped is so sick and somehow they’re going to end up together. This is a pattern I have noticed in korean bls, the bottom is never treated as a person and is belittled all bc they’re the bottom meanwhile the top gets to abuse and rape them and somehow still have end up together and most times its glossed over.
