This is why I read BL... the female leads are either amazing characters, or complete airheads that can’t do anything without the ML. I recommend ‘I love yoo’ it’s free on webtoon and the female lead is funny/relatable/ and not a pushover/airhead.
Yes I hate unnecessarily dumb FLs ......so I have a hard time looking for romance/shojo manga to my liking. But there are few that I like for eg. To love your enemy on webtoon. And lovely complex.
The author's think that making them oblivious is really cute, BUT IT'S NOT. It actually makes the fl insufferable and gives the story so much unnecessary conflict.
