I think Kay stays for the kid but he doesn't really love Zig or the kid

But from how the story is going I guessed that he would’ve used the flower on him but the part about him not loving zigril seems unlikely cause he’s slowly falling for him. Send the link to spoilers please if you can

They were on the way to the capital. Kay asked Zig about how he actually feel about him and was both glad and sad when Zig answered that this is nothing to him and he would probably get bored of Kay soon. Then Kay felt somewhat betrayed and couldn’t hold back his tears and cried. This triggered something in Zig so he decided to make a stop out of nowhere and insisted on cooking some food for Kay. Kay was doubtful at first but he can’t refuse anyway so he finished the bowl of soup Zig gave him(and if you are wondering then yes, the soup contains the one and only remaining flower of Alosha), only to later feel his inside turning upside down, hurting him in the proceed, along with a sense of arousal rising up. Zig laid down his coat and pushed Kay down then he did that baby-making thing to Kay. About ten days later, Kay woke up in Zig’s bed(in the bedroom of Zig’s private resident or smthg I don’t remember) feeling confused, only to find out thay he is pregnant and has been asleep for ten days (he passed out after the sex and only just woke up). Then he tried to run away only to be stuck and almost get drowned, and saved by Zig in the nick of time. Zig was somewhat furious but upon thinking that Kay prefer dying to staying with him, he got sad. Kay denied it however, and they made up and kissed and fuc-.
Later on, Kay found out that Zig was planning to make him his empress and confronted Zig about the issue, refusing the change and believed his status of a normie would make that impossible. And that was when Zig convinced (and threatened Kay at the same time) about Kay’s true origin of being part of an executed (and should be extinguished) family.
And I would say Kay didn’t really love the unborn baby nor did he hate it, he just thought about what was best at that moment if he want to live.
I believe Kay do have feeling for Zig and the baby (after given birth) because he was genuinely sad when Zig almost killed their son and committed suicide out of petty jealousy. There are still instances when he get scared shitless and got nightmares about them tho lol(to be more specific, dreams about Zig and Zig-lookalike chasing after him).
For me, Kay seems like the type to just accept reality and go along with it if he need to. And he just doesn’t really care much or actually hold resentment toward anyone or anything. He just seems like a pretty chill guy. And as for Zig, he got jealous so easily it’s kind funny. And he also got tamer, letting Kay hit him without snapping and reducing the amount of sex when Kay refused(he endured three fucking months of just hugs and kisses can you believe it lmao).
The second volume also got more funny moments(for me at least). But avoid the side story about Schuman if you find incest unpleasant like me.

The incest was Schuman and his half-related brother. The brother was obsessed with Schuman and Schuman was obsessed with his brother’s money and valuable documents. They got together because the brother offered Schuman everything.
