lol as a russian person I find this stereotype too funny. It's not typical appearance to be blonde or have blue eyes. It's japanese mangakas point of view or delusion.

My family is friends with this Russian family and I've met their cousins and a lot of their family. Now let me tell you that none of them had blond hair and/or blue eyes. （￣へ￣）
