I'm bawling my eyes out because this was too adorable and beautiful and strangely realistic at the same time. I don't even read one shots, but since it was from Tagura Tohru I gave it a shot, and I don't regret it one bit.
While reading the confession part I started wondering if Koimonogatari would end up like that in a somewhat similar way. Gahh.. That's what happens when you are deprived of a manga and starts looking for more from the same author to fill up the void. I should stop now.
So yeah its definitively a 5/5 stars for me and I'll for sure come back to read this again when I feel nostalgic.

Hiya! Found this on tumblr two days ago, thought I should share it here for ya'll. It's easier to line the raws up with the translations if you do it on a computer.

I just loved how it progressed at the beginning. The main couple didn't have any bad blood between them and their feelings towards one another didn't develop in an unnatural pace.
Their friendship was pure and comforting to both parts, and for me I took that as a hint that so would their relationship as lovers be. I thought that in the midst of all the chaos of bad relationships at least Junpei and Ei would have a healthy relationship. Like that would be perfect, right?
Apparently it didn't end that way. The mangaka just had to add in all that melodrama with the second couple and mix it up with the main couple riiight at the end. (╯°Д °)╯╧╧ I just couldn't finish it. The fact that the unnecessary drama was added right before the end just means that there are fewer panels to redeem its quality. I highly doubt finishing this manga would help me. Maybe I'll come back to this some day just to finish it, but then again that ain't the way I like to read my manga.
It is sad, but I clearly overestimated this manga.
