Don't get me wrong, I looooooove when the more masc character bottoms bc fuck gender norms amiright? But... This just feels so off. If the top is forcing the MC to bottom just because of what happened to his family's business, I'll be so pissed and devastated for the MC. Anybody can bottom, anybody can top, anybody could switch. Everyone gets off in different ways, not everyone likes being a switch but there's a lot of queer relationships that do. A lot of queer people have no defined "top/bottom" in the relationship, that's something I find beautiful.
The emphasis on "will you be my bottom bbg show me a side of you only i know, bottom only for me frfr" is creeeeeeeeepy. IDK MAN LIKE Do I get it? Eh yeah but also if you truly love someone and have an open mind (open mind is key) do the roles really matter? IF YOU TRUST SOMEONE do the roles matter? I feel like the MC trusts the ML to not hurt him, so he let the ML do that (albeit reluctantly).... But the ML probably doesn't trust the MC, I'm probably reading into it too much per usual most of the times these comics aren't deep especially psychologically, but a gorl could guess.
