I feel soooooo bad for the MC. Here's the thing... Being sexually promiscuous is fine if you don't hurt people, it doesn't matter as long as you're being safe with it. You can't help people catching feelings when you don't want to be in a relationship... But a lot of people become extremely sexually active after sexual trauma. It's USUALLY one way or another, either extremely sexual or barely sexual at all, and I truly believe his past life's trauma was revived in his present life.
I mean, he's acting like a playboy when internally he's scared of being abandoned and alone. He's taking his own sexual experiences into his own hands, instead of having it taken from him. It's a way of feeling "control" in his life.
I just hope they're happy I mean ffs the ML is a dick. He was a "slut" in his past life, fuck you. I mean, the fact that he killed the villagers was great... But he caused what happened to him in this life. Idk it feels backwards. If they kept meeting up and eventually got to know each other better then I think the MC would've still fallen for him.
