Before I go on my usual rant, I just wanted to say this was kinda cute. I mean... I am pissed at the fatphobia, but it's typical at this point. Nobody's creative. But, I enjoyed the innocent love flourishing for the two, they're very positive and they're great for each other... There were some questionable aspects, like the brother as well as the virgin thing but whatever LMAO after he got skinny I went braindead. (also the fact that the MC was into the ML even before he got thin???? He only got thin bc the MC thought it'd help with the ML's confidence. Changing one's self does not increase their confidence, but instead makes them feel like they're only lovable ONCE they've changed and they have to stay that way.)
Now on to ranting... I'm tired of the trope where if you're fat you're automatically ugly. Newsflash, if you have a good-looking face then it'll stay good-looking if you're fat. Those of you out there who are on the chunkier side or those who just do not feel attractive, please realize what makes someone attractive is how they style themselves. It's not how thin you are, not how immaculate your face is or your skin... It's all about how your clothes fit, how you put your character into your style, how your hair is cut, etc...
It's difficult being a bigger person, barely any clothing fits properly and the brands that do care are super expensive. It's hard to dress fashionably as a bigger person (tbh I feel as if they're purposefully trying to make big people look bad), but that doesn't mean that you aren't attractive. When you think about it if someone covers their face with their hair, wears a mediocre oversized hoodie and random baggy track pants 90% of the time they'll look iffy. But if they figured out a style they liked, put some thought into it, and accessorized then it'd be a whole different ballgame.
When you look at celebrities, and you REALLY study their faces.... They're just your average joe with better skincare, ability to get plastic surgery, plus the riches to get the best clothes. They're nothing special. ANYBODY CAN BE ATTRACTIVE WHEN GIVEN THE PROPER MEANS! Plus some celebrities are fucking ugly but because they're super cool and have a unique/good style it makes them attractive.
All in all, don't let comics like this put you down. I wish there were more positive comics with just fat characters in general, but I'll just wait until some more come out. I know there's a few, but tbh I cannot remember the names of them and I'm too ADHD to figure them out. Anyways, goodnight folks remember to stay sexy
Tbh Silas is a dumbass. He's a spy, he fell for Arthur, then he is talking shit behind his back to some chatty motherfuckers who either want to better themselves or wish for Arthur's downfall..... Then expects nothing to get out. Okay dumbass, and you want to be trustworthy when you're slimier than a worm?
I get it, he's doing it for reasons...... But he could let Arthur in a little just as Arthur had done for him. He could be like "I'm doing things for a reason, things will all end up okay" but nooooooo.
I still love this though, I def think it'll be a good ending it's just frustrating dealing with all of this miscommunication.

The thing is, relationships don't last when opinions conflict on something so major. Like if one person wanted kids and the other didn't, the one person could regret it the rest of their lives and end up hating the one who doesn't want kids. Marriage is the same way, it's something important to a lot of people. Might he have a good idea for not wanting to get married? Maybe, but tbh I'm favoring that guy at the bar a little bit more rn. LMAO He listened to the MC's worries......
I MEAN FOR FUCKS SAKE ALL THE MC HAS EVER WANTED WAS TO GET MARRIED. THE ML KNOWS THIS!!! The ML is very unfair. They both are strong willed, so they tend to get into conflict a lot... But I don't see the ML running around with his tail between his legs to make things work like the MC tries to do.
At first I was like what is with this storytelling things are going so fast... But this is so wholesome and cute, I really like how straightforward it is. The art is gorge, the characters are both adorable. I feel like an author who is a hopeless romantic who also has an innocent side could make something so cute. I feel like Nox will fall for him pretty quickly hereafter too, maybe there'll be miscommunication or something happens that separates them (like the wizard tower) but I think they'd be the cutest couple ever.
I love that we have a really tall, tan and manly omega and an innocent, shorter, super pretty alpha. They both seem to have been through a lot just by insinuating things but honestly I'm excited to see what comes from this. I hope it's not only 10 chapters, I hope it's at least 30!
Man at the end of the day, I feel like they're both going to have regrets. They're going to go through the "shoulda woulda coulda" motions, they both have reasons for acting the way they do. I don't really fault either of them... BUT in these sort of situations you've gotta think "what would I feel like if they died tomorrow" and if you would regret not reacing out then that's on you. I give the MC a lot of credit for trying to put up with pado's attitude, even if it is warranted.

Idk if I became insensitive to certain things after reading so many different types of comics and being on the web for so long, but I thought it was so silly and cute. They're both dumbasses of different varieties, and that's what I loved about this. Plus the fact that the prince could've used magic at any time to hurt the wannabe Hero, but didn't.

BTW does anyone else feel that manga artists have a hard time knowing where to cut off when it comes to making webcomics? LMAO It's always in the middle of a sentence, rather than before a climax. It always feels abrupt in a weird way.
This is so good I went back and reread it. It's so fucked up, but as fucked up as it is it's equally well written. They would've never gotten together normally, but under these circumstances they both went nuts and ended up together. They both were suffering but in different ways, one with indifference/lost joy in life and the other with self loathing/depression. I also love LOVE this art style, the expressiveness as well as how they do the lineart has me GAGGED AUGH.
I feel like Seo-In is either going to distance himself from Yeongwoon because he feels guilty for not knowing that Yeongwoon was bullied by his brother, or he's going to be so pissed that it even happened (plus guilty for not realizing) but it's going to make them closer. I mean for fucks sake how could Yeongwoon NOT run away when all of that happened to him? The brother told him that Seo-in didn't even really like him, that he was worthless and even beat him up. Bro must be really insecure to bully people like that.
This is getting spicy because neither of them can really hold their feelings back for much longer. I mean what Seo-In just did was unlike him... I mean he's a piece of shit, and he blames everything on Yeongwoon but still.
I can't blame the Empress at all. I mean, the Emperor has the power to enamor those around her, the Empress had no choice but to become the Empress because of his abilities and as thus stayed at the palace. It's devastating because if it weren't for the Emperor's powers, the Empress would've been able to see his sister even once. It's not fully the Emperor's fault either since he was born with those powers, it's an ill string of fate.
Lmaooooooooo sorry I just really didn't enjoy this. They both never fully communicated to each other how they felt, to the point the MC ran away when they were younger. Now they're two stubborn old men and all of the blame was put onto the MC??? When it was BOTH of their faults? I guess they're made for each other, but I was hoping for some solice in the end that made the run around worth it.

I'm sorry but this is why I dislike Ryucheong. The thing is, even if he matures and becomes more humble and kind, I think that is only because he was under the MC father's guidance. The way you're treated by others as a kid sticks with you even if you both become adults and the asshole is kinder than before. BUT that's why the author is fantastic at writing, Ryucheong is such a believable kid and so are the other children around the MC. You hate the characters that are meant to be hated, love the characters that are meant to be loved, each character has both good and bad qualities rather than being mary-sues. I really enjoy the writing in this as well as how well the artwork depicts each character.
Do I think either ML deserve our MC? No. Have I always liked Yayul more than Ryucheong? Yes... WHY??? Because of how he treats the MC RIGHT NOW. But if Ryucheong turns into that kind man once again then I will favor Ryucheong, I just like seeing how Yayul reminded me of a stray cat who warmed up to his owner and would do anything for their owner's attention... But he could still have some ill intent up his sleeves. With Ryucheong, I hate how entitled he is as well as how he treats her. There's things I like about him, but he's too self-important to realize that he's doing things not only wrong but being an asshole about shit. I greatly despise self-important people, so much so that I'd rather the MC end up with someone completely different that'd show up even towards the end of the story, IF anybody at all.

IK there's buff and manly bottoms, but the amount of twinks that top are bare to none. Lost opportunity...
