Shutup!'s Manga

There's so many characters but little about their development. Like, why would author even introduced them in the story if they were like extra extra. Not even side characters.
1. Richard. There's a background story about him. Many chapters about his arc. Author even made richard & FL to promise to be each other family forever, only to separate them and didn't let them meet for no specific reason, even richard growing up believing he will marry FL. I understand richard is kinda confused with "family", at first he called FL family, later sibling, later future wife. But it's really unnecessary to put richard in longing state for YEARS believing he will one day reunite with FL. Author should write richard moderately. Richard is even has little screen time that it's hard to call 2nd ML. At least he doesn't grow up to be obsessed crazy person like in "novel"
2. FL brothers. They literally extra. They have mini screen time. Not many told about them. Only they are both genius and love FL so much
3. ogFL, she is like extra extra. She even has more little screen time and barely has any effect in the storyline. She is good person and loves FL so much. She created FL merch and made it a trend. But that's all. She has no plot. No story about her
4. Grandpa, he only appears once in a while as tsundere doting grandpa and has no effect in the story
5. Albion, what's the point of mentioning a lot about hero of war even telling his sad past story only to forget about him later. He only exist for a while and disappeared into background. No telling like, what's happened to him & orphanage in the future.
6. Spies of Moon Guild head. Like, seriously useless introduction. He is not even a villain. He is like, minor antagonist, but that's all. Then what's the point all those build up. He was told he is Albion's nephew, but that's all

I think richard build up is most useless. Author build him up so much, I thought he will greatly affect the story. No. He will only become extra. So weird
