Technically, if I was the bestfriend I do not want anything to do with the twin brother let alone be a lover. Imagine seeing everyday the face of the one who managed to steal the person you have been in love for since a long time ago and possibly having sex with them. That just wont sit right with me. But that is just my opinion.

Jeanette kinda matured in this chapter. When she was "dumped" by Ezekiel, she didnt threw a tantrum like she did when they were kids. She understood where he is coming from and told herself that Athanasia is far superior than her. She didnt even blame Athy, she just self- reflected that if she did try hard enough as Athy did when she was younger, will everyone love her too? She definitely is a lonely child. I feel bad for hating her at the start of the manhua...
They should also state that the weapon was inflicted on Vivian's back. Raeliana was in front of Vivian while Beatrice is right where the weapon struck Vivian. It would be pretty suspicious to me.
I was thinking the same thing. Plus the weapon used looks like something used to decorate a room or hall, and probably has others like it so they should notice that the weapon isn’t missing from anywhere in raeliana’s room
The author never watched CSI so didn't thought about that. Lol just kidding.
who knows, they might just use all of that to defend her
Exacly. Like did you watch at least sherlock holmes or any kind of detective series? This development is like the stupid harem manhwas where there is no logic but oly suspecting and then punisments given blindly.
