Tatsuki was supposed to be in an emotional rollercoaster but he took it quite nicely. That is kind of amazing. Anyone in that condition will just get stressed out. But you could see that it's his character. He is so open with his feelings that he could explore his emotion with what happened to him. And Miyako is so emotionless. If that is what the author want to portray it shows well.
