why only update 1 chapter every 1 month?
i think if the mangaka update every week like Naruto, OP, DC, etc. This manga will popular, have adaption anime, and merchanside...
lols, you have to wait for while then, the mangaka is taking a break, the next update is 6/14.
You can just go read the WN translation if you are that impatient.
As for the reason for monthly.., there are probably a lot of business considerations that go into it, but 1. This is a LN/WN adaption, since writing a novel takes longer than just doing story boards every wk, you need time for the novel to build stock. If we take Overlord for example, after running out of WN material/plot line to use, the author is taking 6-9 months to finish a vol, and thats actually pretty fast. If the manga adaptation is a weekly, it would quickly run out of materials. Thats why animes have filler arcs, which Naruto is famous for.
2. There are lots of considerations at stake, but not every author wants to be like Naruto or wants an anime adaptation. An author can doom his / her creative life by having one popular series that the publishers dont want it to end. They ended up writing nothing but sequels or derivatives of the one popular series. Anime adaptation is another ball of wax altogether.
3. An author for a weekly manga has no life outside of manga. Its also detrimental to you health. Its not a job for someone who wants a long life.

i think the author maybe not want getting stressed about deadline. That is adaption from LN? that is why.
