I don't know how to feel about this. It's beautifully crafted, complex, nuanced and all that. But, I can't digest how asami would've felt, like I just can't. A woman as awesome as her deserves a guy who will stay loyal to her till the end. They make it seem like she was incredibly important in akitora's life too but like, MC is his soulmate at the end of the day. How bad must it have felt to know that the man you married and had a child with and resonated so fucking well has someone else s his soulmate. That's just ughhh. I started skimming from ch 12 till the end cuz it all got so convoluted and annoying as fuck ngl. Still, asami deserves so much fucking better, she's the best character in all of this, I need justice for her. All the men around her are absolute trash.
Also, can't believe they brushed off the rape part, like sure this manga is all about fucked up people and embracing that fucked up ness but it's still a weird asf choice. If it was like 5-10 yrs after their separation I'd have understood but it was 24 years after it, MC matured for sure since he already had reika. No reason to suddenly become deranged.
Ig thats a plot hole cuz the previous manga came before this and they mangaka probably didn't realize this manga would get so good and all the characters would fleshed out so well until they actually wrote it. But the disgusting actions of the previous manga can't be taken back now so they just ran with it i guess.

I'm so happy for her. This whole webtoon hits a tad too close to home with all the cowards here, all of them were cowards and tried to change for the better even though it's just so fucking hard and so fucking easy to continue being a coward. That's just my fucking life bruh. I ship her with yeonwoo because he's also a fellow coward and therefore I have a soft spot towards him. I liked how he didn't choose to leave a better college just to be with bibi, so many manhwas do that and it's just not realistic. Also it fits his character, mans will always be looking out for himself first and foremost.
I liked how bibi chose the friendship is magic ending but it's also a bit frustrating to have an unfinished love triangle be the ending. Tbh, even though I would prefer yeonwoo's ship since he's just like me frfr, I can see how heejae might be the better choice in a different context. Yeonwoo is also on his path of change so at the times he's wavering, their relationship might be a little unhealthy? They'd be enabling each other's worst parts. Meanwhile heejae has a violent and vengeful streak but he's never once been a coward or dishonest. So him being with bibi would balance things out. But, idk I cant choose ughhhh.
however it turns out, it'll be good. She could even end up with a totally unrelated guy and that would be nice as well. Just her single is also nice. I support bibi no matter what she does. Na bibi ftw.

Calipa is my queen. Also, really baffling how someone with a decent childhood like the 2nd prince became so fucking deranged and insecure all because of one fucking guy jeromell. Granted, he's his brother, he stirred up his guilt blah blah but holy shit man, he was decently stable, but this one mf did his very fucking best to drag him down to his level and completely succeeded.
This is almosy perfect what the heckkkk!!!!! I really loved how jinkyu and sulju didn't get together in the end, I mean their love story would've been super adorable and wholesome but I like that they're an example of friends who just stay friends. I liked sulju's glow up too, initially i disliked that as always, they made the "unattractive" character go through a glow up jist to fit in conventionally and act as if that was a positive thing but she did it for herself to prove that she can do it and gave it a rest once she got the satisfaction of proving that bitch wrong and I love it. Sulju really is my soul sister ngl.
I have no idea how many times I've reread this. It may have it's flaws or whatever, idk if this will be universally considered a masterpiece BUT it's THE masterpiece in my heart. This here is literally all I want out of life, no kidding completely serious. This manhwa can do no wrongs in my heart and this is the love scripture for me that I shall come back to whenever I'm lost. This is the fucking GOAT and fuck, it could not be more perfect.
I literally cannot reiterate or just express just how much I ADORE this manga. The latest chapter omg egashira is MY GIRL, she is me, I am her. Everything she felt from the beginning till now was relatable, I LOVE her character development holy fucking shit. She is a true girl's girl and you know that because she failed and learned omg and just truly realized just how amazing actual genuine friendship is. GIRLIES FTW romantic love can suck my dick.
