It's up to you. Season 4 of the anime is going to be the last, so it'll cover the rest of the manga. If you want to hold out for that, then. But do whatever you want. Me, personally, I would prefer to wait for the anime, but I can't resist when answers are available, so I caved in and read the manga.

Yep, season 4 is airing in several months, so I honestly think that you should wait for the anime and build up that suspense for the upcoming plot, where things get really interesting. Personally, I am an impatient person so I wanted to read the manga where it left off lol (￣∇￣)
if you can't wait for the big reveal i recommend on reading manga. If can wait for the big reveal in anime, then wait.
