Hope they get seperated and then reunited when he’s older, ‘cause a teenager with a 25 year old..(⊙…⊙ )
Calm down. It's okay. Just fiction
Allowing such things to go on, even though it’s fiction, creates a narrative that makes it seem acceptable, even in the real world, which makes it problematic..
I don’t see a problem with the age gap. He is in his last semester in high school so he is probably 17 and very nearly 18. And the older guy is only 25. I myself was 19 when I started dating my husband and he was 27. We have been married 14 years now. As long as the intimacy waits till he turns 18 then it’s fine.
Tomboy309309, the difference here is that your husband didn’t take on the role of being your guardian when he first met you. That is the main difference here. He’s a kid in high school, who lost his parents, and this 7 year age gap is still highly questionable when the pairing is about someone taking on the role of being a caregiver/ guardian of the other who is STILL in high school. Also, you were 19–not 17, so I’m assuming you were in college and not in high school, so there’s—yet again—another difference at play here.
I met my husband just out of high-school, age 18. We have a 7 year gap. It wasn't weird. Stop projecting perverse ideology. This is a safe space hobby to read and imagine things we know are not typically socially acceptable, rather here than out in the real world.
Guys… We are literally losing the plot here; this man meets this younger boy in-front of his parents restaurant because they had passed away not that long ago and he had no where else to go. So this said man takes him in under the guise of being his GUARDIAN for a limited time. The boy is STILL in high school, not a high school graduand like how you were when you first met your partner nor did your partner take you in as a guardian to you??? Dude, what are we saying rn—
I mean, I was literally the same age he was when we met. Regardless of him taking him in. It's two people, adults, that formed an attraction to one another. Nothing weird about it. It's not like it's his father . That would be weird. Two strangers, not so much.
…be so fr rn. You actually sound crazy calling a high schooler an adult please bruh. He’s not in fucking college nor did he graduate so “adult” is such a fucking stretch bro. If he was an adult he wouldn’t need the real adult’s assistance nor would the man treat him like he’s in high SCHOOL, Jesus Christ.
Ok, I’m actually going to stop replying after this, but I just want to say that your comment literally gets confirmed from the two people that I talked under this. I just wanted to point out how insane that is to me.
Is he 17 or 18?
I haven’t read this yet, is he 17 or 18?? And he’s in high school???
pretty sure he’s 18 or 19 because in Korea those r the ages people graduate from. And he said he’s a senior in the last semester
