The whole point of tags is to warn us if there's any element of sa and/or grape involved & yet this was labeled as "cute & wholesome" with comments overall agreeing only for me to read a story line that depends on sa to further the plot! Just because the art style looks good doesn't mean it's automatically a good story people!

Also they use the tag with the definition of what they think the genre is, if it has rape, even if it's true if people don't think it's technically rape then they won't use the rape tag, the only way that they'll use it is when they think something is rape. The tag system here is purely based on opinions

Here in France, it's not , you'll be sanctioned differently for coercion and rape, if anything at all. Rape is strictly defined by the forced insertion of something in a non consenting person's body. Even sexual assault is considered lightly and perpetrators are barely punished for it.
I don't know how it goes in Japan so I can even less have a definite opinion on this matter.
