Well this is for everyone who is confused.
1. Taehan has black hair, his eyes always are changing between black and yellow. He is the only one who happens that. He doesn't have any mole and have his hair in his forehead.
2. Dojun is the 3rd brother of Doyun and he is so alike to Taehan BUT he's eyes doesn't change colors, he has a mole under his right eye, and he's hair is a bit more curly than Taehan, and doesn't have in his forehead. Also the one who has been with the doc.
3. Does is the one who is a mix between Doyun and Dojun. The 2nd brother. He's the one who is chatting with Dojun in the kitchen at the end.
4. The eldest brother is so different from then so I don't think he needs any description haha but let me know if you need anyways.

I think this really needs some side stories or epilogues. The end is just too abruptly
