Cheating is obviously not a good thing but I think we should cut the mc some slack bc he's been manipulated and abused for 7 years and this really messed with his psyche. So even though it's not right, it makes sense for him to still want to depend on his abuser and I feel pity for him before any hate.Also, he's literally a fictional character and the author is not condoning cheating irl even though so many readers are taking it personal.
