Well yes, neither rape nor cheating can be forgiven (of course rape is much more worse than cheating) however this is a messy situation because

in a sense Keito, the guy who tricked Yuuka into a situation where she was gang-raped, is a rape victim himself. Both his step-mother and step-sister abused him as a child (I don't remember if the step-mom sexually abused him but the step-sister certainly did). Hence as a victim of female pedophiles he became someone with a deep-rooted misogyny roaring inside of him. The only person to whom he was attached was Yuuka's boyfriend. At the beginning Yuuka was just another one of those "hideous" women who hurt him and took away from him the things and persons he wanted. That is why, he wanted to crush her, to reduce her into bits and pieces. However, the mangaka had more than one trick up her sleeve and maybe things may end in an unexpected way!
I believe that Asami was referring to the strangulation experience which Aki was so traumatized about. It is connected to what Asami said in the previous page (p. 28) i.e. [now that Aki is back to be under Asami's wing, no one can reach him to harm him], stop him from breathing, leave bruises on his body or give him any kind of experiences [whether pleasurable or painful] except for Asami.
I think that this is what might be called as fighting fire with fire i.e. re-initiating Aki by re-instilling in him a sense of belongingness towards Asami (i.e. reasserting that he belongs to him and that ONLY he has the power to reach him, handle his body and give him all of his experiences even - and ESPECIALLY - the painful ones like strangulation).
yes, true. All the themes brought in this manga are from real-life extreme/ twisted situations, but unfortunately they are combined here in one place which makes this manga a little bit hard to "swallow".
I did go through all of its chapters and most of them were comprehensible without translation. I hope nevertheless to be able to read some of the parts which I didn't make sense of in English. However, from the way things look maybe there is no scanlation group that can actually go through it all. At this pace, it is going to take a very long time and maybe the project may get dropped eventually (︶︿︶)
